These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jmmm platform and all services offered at jmmm.win. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By creating a jmmm account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.
jmmm strictly enforces the PAGCOR-mandated minimum age of 21 years for all gambling activities. Account registration requires age verification. Accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be closed immediately.
jmmm operates under Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) authorization. All services are governed by PAGCOR's regulatory requirements and Philippine law, including applicable provisions of the Civil Code and the Data Privacy Act.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on jmmm. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in account closure, forfeiture of any associated balances, and potential referral to PAGCOR for regulatory review.
All withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods verified under your registered identity. jmmm does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. This protects your winnings from unauthorized access.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jmmm login credentials. jmmm will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your username and password.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the jmmm Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not register an Account or use any part of the jmmm Platform.
2.3 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jmmm. You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
2.4 jmmm reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. See Section 17 for the amendment procedure.
Important: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
3.1 Minimum Age. The minimum age to register and use the jmmm Platform is twenty-one (21) years old, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine gaming laws. jmmm strictly enforces this requirement and conducts age verification for all accounts.
3.2 Prohibited Registrations. You may not register an Account if:

Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all pending wagers voided, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
3.4 Geographic Eligibility. jmmm is operated for and directed at players resident in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and responsibility. jmmm makes no representations that its services are lawful or available in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on jmmm at any time. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or identification documents, is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
4.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. You must notify jmmm immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. jmmm will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account that arises from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
jmmm reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension pending verification.
5.1 In compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations and the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended), jmmm is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests.
5.2 Acceptable identification documents for KYC purposes include:

5.4 All KYC documentation submitted to jmmm is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
5.5 jmmm will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe during business hours (Philippine Standard Time). Players will be notified by email once verification is complete or if additional documentation is required.
6.1 Accepted Methods. jmmm accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP).
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
6.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jmmm Wallet instantaneously upon successful confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank.
6.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. jmmm does not accept deposits made using funds derived from criminal activity, unauthorized third-party payment, or any other unlawful source. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited.
6.5 No Deposit Fees. jmmm does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees independent of jmmm, for which jmmm accepts no responsibility.
6.6 Failed Deposits. If a deposit transaction fails or is reversed by your payment provider after funds have been credited to your jmmm Wallet, jmmm reserves the right to reverse any wagers placed with those funds and deduct the equivalent amount from your balance.
7.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but are not eligible to withdraw until identity verification is complete.
7.2 Method Restriction. Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit, and only to accounts registered under the same verified identity as your jmmm Account. jmmm does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not used for deposits.
7.3 Processing Times. jmmm aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:
7.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00 unless otherwise specified.
7.5 Verification Holds. jmmm reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, additional security checks, or AML screening. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is placed on hold and the reason for the hold.
7.6 Bonus Balance. Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only cash balance derived from completed wagering of bonus funds may be withdrawn, subject to applicable bonus terms.
8.1 Bonus Availability. jmmm offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any specific terms applicable to the individual promotion.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms prior to a Player claiming the offer.
8.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Player is eligible to claim each jmmm promotion only once. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times via multiple accounts constitutes a violation of the Single Account Policy.
8.4 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds not wagered within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
8.5 Abuse & Misuse. jmmm reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of technical errors, wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion between players.
8.6 Bonus Modification. jmmm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice to affected Players where practicable.
9.1 Game Availability. jmmm offers games across multiple categories including live casino, slots, sports betting, e-sabong, and bingo. Game availability may vary from time to time and jmmm does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or category.
9.2 Random Number Generation. All virtual games (slots, virtual sports, and other non-live games) on jmmm use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each slot game are published within the game's information panel.
9.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game types and are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. jmmm reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
9.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, jmmm's system will complete the round according to the game logic at the time of disconnection. Incomplete rounds due to a disconnection are not treated as void unless the game provider's rules specifically provide for this. jmmm is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections attributable to the Player's internet service.
9.5 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game outcome — including software faults, display errors, or connectivity issues on jmmm's infrastructure — jmmm reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return wagers to the Players' accounts. jmmm is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
9.6 Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting markets on jmmm are subject to specific rules governing settlement, void conditions, and in-play cut-off times. These rules are available within the jmmm sportsbook and govern the settlement of all applicable bets.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jmmm and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities as appropriate:
Note on Chargebacks: In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, jmmm reserves the right to reverse all winnings generated from the disputed deposit, close the Account, and pursue recovery of any outstanding balance through legal channels.
11.1 jmmm-Initiated Closure. jmmm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
11.2 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may close their Account at any time by contacting jmmm support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of Account closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable Wagering Requirements and KYC verification.
11.3 Self-Exclusion Closure. Players who close their Account via the self-exclusion option under jmmm's Responsible Gaming tools are subject to a cooling-off period during which Account access is disabled. Self-exclusion closures cannot be reversed for the duration of the elected exclusion period. See Section 12 for full responsible gaming provisions.
11.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. jmmm will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Any remaining real-money balance in a dormant account will be preserved and available upon reactivation following identity verification.
12.1 jmmm is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on its Platform. Consistent with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements, jmmm provides the following player protection tools, all accessible from your Account settings after login:

13.1 All content on the jmmm Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, layout, and design — is the intellectual property of jmmm or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jmmm Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming. This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership of any Platform content.
13.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any portion of the jmmm Platform without the express prior written consent of jmmm.
14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jmmm's total aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Platform Disclaimer: jmmm does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to some or all Platform features. jmmm will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
15.1 jmmm collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, gameplay, financial transactions, and customer support interactions. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and jmmm's Privacy Policy.
15.2 By registering an Account on jmmm, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to: account management, transaction processing, KYC compliance, AML screening, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support.
15.3 jmmm does not sell personal data to third-party marketing companies. Data sharing with third parties is limited to: licensed game providers, payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities, all of whom are contractually bound to protect your data.

16.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable regulations issued by PAGCOR.
16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of jmmm, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through jmmm's internal complaints process by contacting Player Support via live chat or email at [email protected].
16.3 Escalation to PAGCOR. If a dispute cannot be resolved through jmmm's internal process within thirty (30) days of the formal complaint, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its dispute resolution procedures for authorized online gaming operators.
16.4 Jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through internal or PAGCOR processes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
17.1 jmmm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be required to reflect changes in applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, updates to Platform features, or changes to jmmm's operational policies.
17.2 When material changes are made to these Terms, jmmm will notify registered Players via the email address on file at least fourteen (14) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, unless an earlier effective date is required by law or regulatory directive.
17.3 Continuing to use the jmmm Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date and request withdrawal of any remaining balance.
